Seriously, is this actually a position that GM intended for what appears to be not just Equinox but other models from 2013 through 2015.
No map updates two and three years after the purchase date?? This is crazy! Paid far too much for the Nav option to be stuck with no updates available. I have an LTZ Equinox 2013, the GM site pages gives the same "no updates" available for mine and several other GM MODELS.
Every GPS/Nav system must have updates to keep it current. That is a given implied requirement of any such product UNLESS stated clearly and specifically at time of purchase!!
I'm looking for response or solution from others on this subject in this forum.
