Rubber-like material that covers the top of the center console is eaten away by anything that spills on it. Anyone else have this problem? Covered by warranty? Seems to be bad engineering to use a material that can’t hold up to a drop of coffee.

I have not had this issue, but I have leather. You might be able to buy a leather console lid from a salvage yard.
