any good frontend parking assistance sensors/cams?

I thought my 26 equinox came with the front park assist. I'm talking about the beeping and radar like image that illuminates when you're slowly approaching an object in front of you. Since it doesn't, I'd like to add something to the front without drilling holes (leased). Every wired or wireless sensor that I've found is for backing up so i'm assuming they only work when the car is in reverse. Is this not possible?

My 25 also has no front sensors but the 360° view to me far outweighs the benefit of sensors. It took a little while before you get use to it and totally trust the camera. The same goes for the adaptive cruise control bringing you to a total stop. The first couple of times were nail biters.
