My question is this. With lights in auto or intelli mode, can you turn bright lights on maually? if not how do i get ti high beam?

Simply try to turn on the bright lights manually, while in auto high beam mode and on low beams. That will answer your question.

Or turn off the auto high beam mode and set the headlamps to your preference.

Pull back on the wiper lever should turn on your bright lights even though you have them set to turn on by them selves.
