2025 Equinox notification keeps repeating

I’m constantly having to delete an ongoing ‘Do you wish to disable passenger lockout’ notifications. Why does this keep coming back after I hit delete??

i get the same thing every time i have a passenger in the car…i’ve searched the settings in the car, and the web and the owners manual and can find NOTHING on the subject.
i just tap the notify bell tab and tap the disable lockout and it goes away but still annoying to see that little red notification dot on the screen
