Bought my 2025 chevy equinox ev 2 months ago. Before taking out of showroom has issues that the dealer said they would resolve. To this day none have been resolved.
Concierge is a joke. No help. Oblivious even with case number.
My sterring wheel shakes at 60 + mph. Really shakes. The dealer has had my car for 4 days and cannot find the cause.
Anyone have this sterring wheel issue?

No issue w the steering wheel on my 2025. Concierge tried to answer my question (how exactly is range calculated???) but didn't fully answer it. Not sure why the algorithm is such a mystery.

I picked up a bolt in my tire with 450 miles on my 2026 Equinox EV. Concierge was very sorry about that but no coverage for road hazard. And no spare of course. And the EV tires are not repairable or available outside the dealer. Should be criminal to send a new car out the door under those conditions. $471 for one tire.
