Last week I purchased a used 2017 equinox with only 23k miles. I noticed yesterday that it has started to downshift with a bump between 2nd and 1st gear. It does not do this every time and hardly ever in eco mode. All the other shifting feels normal, it’s just this one spot. Is this normal for a new Chevy equinox or what could it be?
