My 2015 video screen has started doing wierd things lately.
Started taking a long time to switch to the rear camera to back up.
Then buttons to control radio would stop responding immediatelly. But it remembers all the ones you pushed when it does start responding again.
Coming off the back up camera the screen would be stuck showing only the back up distance grid.

Reset ideas I found were;

Go into setting and reset system? Never found that one. Only saw return to factory setting.
Software updates; call OnStar and hang up immediatelly to update. Didn't do anything
Disconnect battery for 20 minutes. Didn't help
Press Home & Fast Forward buttins for 10 seconds. Didn't even respond to it.
Press the steering wheel Phone button for 10 seconds. Didn't do anything.
Last one I read was to disconnect the "Blue Connector" and reconnect. Found a blue, 2 wire, connector on the back of the video display. Assuming that was just power to the display. Not any different than disconnecting the battery?

So now I'm at a loss on what to do next? Thoughts?

Tried a used display off eBay. It works better but it has its own hiccups. Bought another used display off eBay to see what happens. Returned the other one for a refund.

Is there a forum member that has access to www.prodemand.com??? I need the circuitry surrounding the toudh screen on the 2015 Equinox. I want to see if the glitches I'm having are in the Alpine video display and not some input module.
