07 equinox help

I have reciently purchased an 07 equinox with 155,000 miles on it. Runs and drives great, no codes. But it gets hot and I bleeds the coolant and release the trapped air and she cools back off. Bought it like this. It is not leaking any fluid anywhere. Checked oil for coolant, nothing. Coolant levels pretty much stay the same, can't find anywhere how to bleed the system properly, or could it be bad head gasket. It doesn't smoke

Thermostat,, but to bleed just when get warm loosen bleeder valve when no air comes out, when just steady stream of coolant run out it should be done..
