05 Equinox turn signal issue

Looking for help with a turn signal issue. First noticed that the turn signal and hazards cause all of the dash lights to blink in sync with them. Today though, I started the car and the left signal indicator was lit. The lever was in the middle and neither signal was on. The left signal won’t work. The right one works fine. I’m thinking it’s the relay but before I pull out the radio to replace it thought I’d try to find another opinion
