I have a 2019 Chevy Equinox and recently started having issues with infotainment s system. One minute I’ it works fine and then all of a sudden it reboots and then it shows on bottom of right screen there’s no gps but navigation still works. It will continuously reboot and then it freezes screen to where you can’t select anything. It won’t pay Spotify or any music but I can connect to weather channel app. It happens sometimes when I connect iPhone by USB and happens even if it’s not connected. It’s getting super frustrating any ideas what could be causing this?

Hi Shawna,
It might be time to ask the dealer if there is a software upgrade for the infotainment. You could factory reset it, but your would need to re-enter all settings and any subscription services.
