our 2018 Equinox has been having a strange issue lately with the keyfob. Randomly the car won't recognize the keyfob, and not even the unlock button worked. I had to take the cap off the door handle to use the hard key to open the door and place the key in the cupholder to turn on the engine. I replaced the key on the keyfob with a new one but it did not solve the problem. I have had this problem with both factory keys. This doesn't happen all the time, just every now and then,
Any thing to check?
