Suggestion to make the Equinox better

I own a 2025 Equinox lt. I think it would be nice if the "Start Button" was not hidden by the steering wheel.

I figured they would have fixed that on the 2025.
I have the same problem on my 2018.
On my wife's Blazer the start button is higher and not blocked by the steering wheel.

And the radio volume knob is too highly placed and too short, making it hard to turn if wearing gloves (and almost impossible for the front passenger to adjust).

my "go to" button to start my 2025 equinox is the radio button...simply because it's highly visible and makes sense in my mind.

Used to have an '18 and traded it to a '25. GM changed a lot of things that weren't broken

Dropped the telltales on the outside rearview and the levers to drop the rear seatbacks from the cargo area.

They also eliminated a lot of tactile buttons and knobs for icons on the touch screen.

With this one tthe turn signal stalk will no stay on if you move it to far as it is activated and you have to try again until it is willing to stay on.

When I activate the garage door opener , if you touch for too short or too long, nothing happens. when you do it the way it wants the delay before the door moves is enough that I try again only to see the door start to open the come to a stop. then I have to close it and try again. Grrr.

I misspoke...my "go to button" to start is the drivers climate control
