If the dealer stalls you ask to speak to deanship owner or upper management and explain that the lack of crash protection laves them open to a HUGE lawsuit if the car is in a crash and someone is seriously injured or paralyzed. They do NOT want to pay for medical care for someone for the rest of the injured persons life! Use that as a bargaining point and get it fixed!</p></blockquote><p></p>
