B 2575-04   b2575-01 and another b2699 code that says short to ground what is happening is when the temperature outside goes below 20F the right front headlight would start flickering the start flickering rapidly which would cause the left headlight to start flickering and in a short period of time both headlights would go out being i go.to work at 4:30.am i definitely need the headlights when it's warmer then 20F everything seems to work properly i believe it's the ballast that is bad i don't want to be spending money I really don't have so.any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated if it happens to be the ballast do i also need to replace the d3s bulb as well ?
