fan assembly not turning on - need help

have an almost brand new fan assembly....neither of the fans is turning on - i'm able to jump the fan using the HI relay and CAN'T jump fan using the LO relay......im not sure if there's a 3rd relay that controls the AC fan or something?

anyone have any ideas? i already ordered replacement assembly

HI side has a 3604 4-pin 40A relay but I can't think of a good way to jump it so that it at least gives it FAN ON until the new unit gets here - i don't see any for sale with an on/off switch

is there some clever way to take the lid off one of these and short-circuit the LOAD side?

i replaced the fan assembly as well as the 2 fan harness connectors - now the PASSENGER fan turns on but only when engine temp gets past 1/2 mark....DRIVER fan doesnt turn on at all...even with AC on.....what am i missing here?

im not able to jump the LO fan speed relay at all
