It's also not the resistor or the blower motor I've changed both of those as well and the resistor twice. I do know that the inside of the actuator is made of all plastic, im thinking the actual door is some how getting caught on something and breaking the actuator?  I don't know and any help from here on would be greatly appreciated!</blockquote>
