I have a 2017 chevy equinox, and within the last four weeks I've replaced the blend door actuator 3 times, Ive pulled the fuse all times.. my question is has anyone else experienced this and so soon? what was the fix because atp im about to rip that whole blend door out!
its not a coolant issue its also not a thermostat issue .. because sometimes I can get it to cooperate. It's also not the resistor or the blower motor I've changed both of those as well and the resistor twice. I do know that the inside of the actuator is made of all plastic, im thinking the actual door is some how getting caught on something and breaking the actuator?
I don't know and any help from here on would be greatly appreciated!

I replaced the one in my 2012 and was STRONGLY warned not to buy anything but the OEM Brand. Hope this helps

I have a 2013 that is not auto and it was the actual control panel knob. Cost too much to replace it so I tie wrap the blend door for the season which was easy.
