There was a recall to replace something on the engine. Were you able to get it? My 2011 burns oil like crazy but I bought my car used and was ineligible to get the recall because of miles. My check engine light stays on and it burns about a quart of oil a week.
Did anyone take advantage of the engine recall for the oil consumption? When I bought mine (used 2011) i received the notice after it was outside the mileage range. My mechanic did all he could to keep it going short of saying I could get a new engine. It still consumes oil but it’s running...
