I experience this on my 2013 LT as well, but generally only when I first start the engine and shift into gear. Once the engine warms up a little, it smooths out.

Welcome, Laura. I have a 2013 that came with the sliding gap cover that takes care of the space between the cargo floor and the seats. Check with a local dealer, or so some searching online. Oh, and share some pictures when you get a chance.

There is a K&N intake ($300) and a Magnaflow Exhaust ($800). That's all I've been able to find. On this vehicle with this engine, I don't think they're worth the cost.
