I have read lots of search results and none seem to address the issue I am having, hope someone can help.
When I activate the switch, I can hear the actuator click and the liftgate will move a little but won't open. After repeated attempts sometimes it will open.
When I manually open the liftgate and use a screwdriver to close the latch and then press the switch the latch clicks open.
I noticed that the U shaped bar that the latch closes around is leaning slightly to the right. Is this normal?
