2010 equinox v6 timing chain kit

I haven’t done one of these yet but fixing this week there was a few thing I want to find out first.timing chain kit what is the must common kit people buy ? This car does have 245000 miles on it so, do I replace water and oil pump ? I guess I am asking what kit I need to buy and what else I need to order for this job . It’s a v6 2010 equinox that has 246000 miles on it and the owner just paid it off .second I been told to pull the engine . Do I have too? If I do is it better to pull Tran with the Engine on this one? And and suggestions for doing this job would be greatly appreciated.thank u
