2008 Equinox 60mph Vibration

2008 Equinox LS. Im stumped on this one and could use some advice on this newly acquired vehicle. At 60mph the rear passenger wheel develops a wobble that can be seen/felt looking out the window. I have swapped the tires to rule out a bad rim/tire.
There is zero play when checking for a bad wheel bearing.

Check your spark plugs and wires. Had this problem. Swapped them out and haven't had a issue since.

Does it only do it at 60mph or at 60 then smooth out around 70mph,,Are the wheels balanced ?
