Too big I was told.We also have 2023 Volvo XC-60 plug-in hybrid and we're dealing with some of the same issues.But Volvo at least has a baseline of software.I was told that software updates can't be installed unless there is an associated problem.Whereas with Volvo, that isn't an issue. Volvo has their own set of issues to deal with.I'm a former desktop support specialist, so the way we're being treated is totally unacceptable. If I treated the 300 clients that I use to take care of, I would've been let go.I have been in IT for all of 38+ years in one form or another. I have been retired for 14 years and still involved with IT functions in my home.dave</blockquote>
