I notice when this happens that my Onstar light is red instead of the normal green. It has happened 3 times so far, I tried shutting off the car and restarting but still no sound. If I shut the car off and let it sit 5 to 20 minutes, then get in the car.  I watch the Onstar light and when it changes to green my audio is back. Mentioned it to the dealer but of course it cannot be reproduced at the shop.</p></blockquote><p></p>
