If there is no log in screen try pressing the Onstar blue button. My guess is that it won't connect. Mine hasn't connected in two months. You have to take it to the dealership but chances are they can't fix it. There is a problem with the Onstar communication module and it has to be replaced. Even if the blue OS button works your module is probably still bad. It might at some point give you a login screen but it will disconnect again.</p></blockquote><p></p>
