I installed a new vacuum pump in my 2021 yesterday at ~77K miles. Easy job, just take caution of the metal/rubber gasket as the edges are sharp as a razor and will cut you to ribbons. I cut a finger on it not realizing this. The internals of the factory pump didn't look bad on mine. It had swirl marks from the rotating element, but no gouging or anything you could catch a finger nail on. The plastic 'apex seals' and plastic paddle also had no signs of wear or cracks that I could see. My factory pump did not have the screen on the oil supply port. A snag I ran into was the replacement oil seal I bought was different from the factory and I wasn't sure which way to install it. I opted to leave the factory one in place as it looked and felt good. I tried for a bit to pry it out with a plastic trim tool, but gave up because I didn't want to destroy it. Some poking around I did later showed that the replacement German made Elring seal I bought was the "new style". Here's some pics:
