I found that 1. the key broke from the key fob. I bought 2 replacements from Amazon (search MechanMagic when searching for keys) and swapped over the guts of the original to one of the new ones. Youtube has a guide on how to replace open them and swap over the parts. Must make sure not to break the Transponder antenna so follow the videos. They come with batteries installed.
