When I started with the Communication Module probably they actually spent an hour or more trying to help me on different occasions until it was decided that the module needed to be replaced. The tech didn't realize this but the customer service person were surprisingly well informed. I like to call from my home phone so my can't accidentally disconnect.</p></blockquote><p></p>
