¡Hola, amigo! Which Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs are you planning to use on your 2016 Equinox? I've never heard of a lowering kit or springs for a second-generation Equinox. Coil-overs are expensive. When I lowered mine, I had to use struts for a Saturn Vue Redline and Megan Racing lowering springs. The camber is set from the factory, so any spring sagging or lowering will require camber bolts in the front and cam nuts for the rear to get aligned. You won't be able to go any lower than about 2.25 inches, or you will need coil-overs. Unless you ride like those Honda guys, with their tires pointing in different directions. As far as your rims and tires are concerned, you should be fine. I've used both the 245/45-R20x8 and 275/40-R20x9 factory 2012 Camaro SS wheels/tires on my 2012 Equinox without any rub in the front or back. There was plenty of room left.
