I went through OnStar help several times after the first times of Google not working then OnStar worked me through the steps of Restoring my Google connection. So when  I start the car I press the Google Map icon and if I get a message I can’t connect to Google also voice won’t connect either -I will do a Restore before I leave my driveway. To Restore, the car must be running and not moving. You hold down the Phone Hang up button on the Steering Wheel for approximately 15 seconds and the main screen will change with a bottom message asking if you want to RESTORE? I choose the RESTORE option. I do and I now have the Google system working again.</blockquote>
