Against my best judgement I decided to contact Chevrolet Customer Care by their 800 number. Spoke to a young woman who I think was in the "we don't care customer care center". Denied everything and kept pushing me back to my dealer. Worthless. On the bright side I had a great conversation with my dealer's service manager. Very open with me. Several customers are having same issues. He is working with his District Service Manager trying to find a fix. Chevy knows about the problem they just don't know how to fix it. Or in other words they are working on the cheapest way to fix it. LOL....</p></blockquote><p></p>
