The only thing I know of that would cause this is an electrical short occurring which could be anywhere from the dash to into the door. There is perfect space under the back seat for a real subwoofer for real bass but it is difficult to access for install. Personally I am not impressed with the "Bose" corporation products. Lots of hype and advertising but very little actual technology.</p></blockquote><p></p>
