Her grandfather never had an OnStar account that we were aware of (he had SiriusXM but we had that cancelled since we don't use it much). So I'm curious if the 2020 LTZ model that we own has the same Navigation app that is described in the manual, and if so how do we get to it? Or does this particular model have to have OnStar enabled?
