Here's the problem.When he starts the car almost all the dash lights come on and stay on. Once started he cannot move the steering wheel.He will then turn off the car and restart it and the steering comes to life.He has had the car into several Chevrolet dealers and none have been able to identify the problem. One even replaced the steering rack for $1000 and it did nothing to solve the problem.I read about the 80 amp fuse in the engine compartment, but since the steering will work on the second start I have discounted that.Anyone have any ideas what this could be?Son trying to help.</blockquote>
