2020 LT Useless in Cold Weather

Considered? Sure. But I don't hold Ford's reliability in much higher regard than GMs. I spent over a decade with Chrysler/Dodge products too. Overall, those weren't bad, but every one seemed to suffer some kind of recurring issue. The Sebring (an '03, which I really did enjoy driving) suffered...

2020 LT Useless in Cold Weather

Congratulations! Welcome to the club. We got ours back on Tuesday, after they replaced stuck open mechanical shutters (the ones they installed last year) and added a fabric cold front. It completely covers the lower half of the grille and about half of the middle section. We haven't had any...

2020 LT Useless in Cold Weather

Glad you're not having issues. To be fair, it's mainly been an issue on the highway. Usually good for the first 20-40km, then pops after we slow down to change highways and the coolant temp dips. First hill, give it some gas to climb, bam. CEL lights up.

    Winter fronts for 2018-2021 Nox?

This may be a stupid question for the start of summer, but I figure it's a good time to start looking. Has anyone found any winter fronts for the current generation Equinox? After we lost our 2020 LT AWD 1.5T for a solid month this past winter to blown front and rear crank seals after the PCV...

    Hello, eh?

Just wanted to say hello from a few hours east of the centre of Canada! We took ownership of a 2020 Equinox LT AWD in Cayenne Orange on Wednesday after 9 pretty good years with a Dodge Journey. Well, 9 and counting, since we still have it. We wanted something with less than 200,000km (~125,000...
