I have had similar woes with the 2012 Equinox and am getting ready to have the engine replaced. I too must admit to making a poor choice and must now take it like a man. This will be my last GM vehicle.

I got the one about the fuel sensor this week but have not seen the on eabout oil consumption yet. My vehicle is past the 120K mark. I wonder if they would still honor it for me?

He says this is a completely rebuilt engine not brand new, 1 yr. warranty on everything, that he is quoting me. I guess he is giving me the friends and family discount?
