Kit is installed. Threw away the crimp connectors that came with the kit and soldered the new connector wires plus heatshrink over each wire. Did not get the PCM reprogrammed, hope the CEL stays off.

Kit came on Tuesday, picked up the Equinox just now from my neighbor, will retrofit either today or tomorrow. Just flooded the rusty nuts/bolts with PB Blaster.

Did some research, that looks like the original Delphi 'vertical connector' EGR valve. Only option seems to be to replace by Siemens 'horizontal connector' EGR valve, new pipe, new connector and rewiring, and dealer PCM reprogram. Isn't that special! Relacement pipes for the Delphi appear to be...
