I have a 2019 with the 9 speed tranny and it was slipping in like 2-3rd shifts (not on a hill and no rumbling) and it didn't matter if the car was cold or already being driven. If it sat too long in one spot and then drive, it would happen. I've since had the trans fluid leak and I just had the...
Actually, the engine must be running to completely engage the AWD system. If you press the button when the engine is in auto-stop or not started, you may notice the button flashes until the engine starts again. I've engaged mine at a stop and when driving and it's worked every time. It's a great...
^^^ I second that. If you apply throttle when the adaptive cruise is engaged, it will turn blue. It means you are telling the system you want to go faster than the current set speed and it's giving up "throttle control" to you (and apparently auto braking control, which I think is dangerous.)
going up and down hills when already driving will cause the engine to upshift and downshift automatically. Not sure about why it would sound like it's struggling though. Maybe clogged engine air filter or other tune-up item you can try? Driver's seat might be loose, you can have a mechanic check...
Well I'm pretty sure it's like in N though, as the car starts rolling freely but not reponding to throttle input. I've had it happen on flat surfaces too. With the hill start, isn't it supposed to apply the brake though and then automatically lift off the brake to hold the car? If so, this is...

I've already have the trans fluid replaced and the diff fluid also (it's an AWD). Also sometimes shifts hard from like 2-3 or...
