06 equinox rough idle at startup only

they used delco wires....it ran well for a day and a half...then the roughness started...

06 rough idle ty...I did change plug wires...spark plug...additive to clean injectors...better grade of fuel....

startup idle rough for 15-20 seconds.....then idles and runs fine.....no CEL
