I use the Brake Buddy Vantage Select in my 2018 Equinox. I purchased it refurbished from the manufacturer. I pull it behind a Class A gas also.

Make sure it meets the Dexos2 specification. I've used Pennzoil Euro 5w30, ESP 0w40 and now Amsoil Euro 5w40. Those all meet the Dexos2 specification.

The answer to your question about the wiring is yes. The hitch came with the 4 pin plug wiring and there was a factory plug behind the facia. Hope this helps.

Towing package My 2018 diesel didn't the option for the towing package also. I just bought the factory hitch and trim bezel from shopchevyparts.com . Installed it myself in a day but I also had a copy of the manufacturers shop manual. Plus with the DEF tank it made more complicated.

Yep, purchased my 2018 Equinox Premiere Jan 2018. I now have 21k miles and the right rear is a slick (not a trace of any tread at all) and the rest of the tires are into the wear bars. Just had it at the dealership 2 weeks ago but the never mentioned anything wrong with the tires��
