I had the exact same thing happen to me on my 2021 Terrain and the dealer had to replace the antenna under warranty. All good after that.

And that's when I hear it too. Try driving with the ac off. Otherwise off to the dealer.

My 2021 Terrain makes a whirring noise when I have the air conditioning on. It may be the electric fan for the radiator you're hearing. Drive with the ac off and see if it still does it.

Had a 2018 Equinox with the same message. Turned out to be the wiring harness for the rear sensors in the bumper. One wire broke off of one of the sensor plugs.
