Tire sensor

I need help I went to Mavis tire to get the tire sensor replaced and they cannot reprogram it now I got a tire pressure light still on and a check engine light. Do I have to go back to the dealer? they're telling me to bring the car to their sister store tomorrow to see if the scanner will work that they have How much is the dealer gonna charge me to reprogram it? Mavis tire told me it's stuck in maintenance mode. All I know is they charge me $97 to fix this tire sensor and now it's worse than before.

Wow! My local tire shop charged me 25 and was programmed flawlessly. I'd get my money back from them if they can't fix it right.
