I've only had this car for 19 days and felt the overwhelming desire to do SOMETHING to it.

Before:

Next I gotta figure out how to get the tails apart. They are glued, not sealed.

Looks good!

They cobalts where sealed units....Not sure how the tails are on yours (could just VHT the lens).

Put into oven @ 200-225 degrees for 10 minutes (until the seal gets gooie) Then just pop off. Do your painting, and reinstall similar way. I put back into oven to heat up the goo (just a few minutes) then re-installed the front cover after applying some black rtv sealant

Yeah, that's how I did the headlights. I will try the tails that way but every car I've tried it on didnt work that way. I'll give it a shot if these could be different.
