Remote start- No start

I tried it today.
Will not start with hazards on.
Will not start with the hood open.

Will start with a door open.
I forgot to try the rear hatch, I will try that.

When I get home and park the Terrain in the garage I always open the hood so the heat can dissipate and not just soak in.
So the other day I got ready to go and tried to remote start it and it would not start, I closed the hood and it started.
So today I seen someone asked about remote starting with the hazards on and I tried that and again it will not start.

That's weird. I wonder why it is that way.

Safety I would thing.
If you messing with the motor and someone starts the motor it could be bad depending were hands arms or anything else is at.
And with the E-flashers on something must be wrong so remote start could be something that could turn a badSituations even worse.

YeAH I guess that is a good thing.
