Oil dipstick tube bracket

Is anyone else's dipstick tube ziptied to an electrical conduit rather than the bracket being bolted to something?

I can't imagine this is normal..

I have a small oil leak from the tube where it goes into the pan and I'm guessing this flimsy ziptie method is what caused it.

Is the dipstick tube bracket supposed to mount to the intake manifold? Does anyone know what size bolt it is?
