If it has been taken care of and doesn't use any oil now you can switch over the AMSOIL OE. It is a good quality synthetic at a reasonable price, $6.10 a qt.

A good conventional oil would be Valvoline, a 10w-30 would work well in both a synthetic and conventional oil.
