Yellow Lane Paint has splashed up inside the left wheel well and dried rock hard! Does anybody have a solution how to remove this?

Has anybody here had success in accessing the rear sunroof drains. I’m assuming they are located behind the interior cargo panel but not sure if the headliner also has to be pulled! The dealership charged 500.00 to unclog the drain recently. I can’t find a manual on the interior cargo trim.
