Hey there! I have a 2016 Chevy Equinox LT AWD Question… So my radio, AM/FM works perfectly fine but my XM satellite radio in my vehicle has not been working for the past few weeks; it just keeps saying “NO SIGNAL.” I've tried everything, including refreshing the signal numerous times, resetting the radio system to default settings, and contacting XM customer service, but they have been no help. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do? Thank you very much.

I can't think of anything other than something is up with the head unit or Sirius/XM receiver portion of it. I believe it's integrated into the radio/head unit. The antenna is in the shark fin I believe. Has anything changed there?

Nope, nothing else has change there! I actually do not have the “shark fin” antenna, I just have the base for the antenna and then the long antenna that sticks out about 6”…
