Bought some used rims for the truck, guy gave me the part number, fit on the truck... arrived home they don't fit as they are for a malibu, and can't call back the guy ... oh well
Well "Betsy" as we call her (99 Trailblazer that was Wife's
before the Nox Sport and is now my Daily for Work) went
crazy on me yesterday trying to get home. Stopped by a
store, came out, started it and it made a pop sound. Will
not idle (ok over 1000 rpm's) and drove home two footed
keeping gas down at all intersections and stop lights. She
is just shy of 14 years old and has 232K on the clock. It's
parked till January and I'm hoping it's a cheap fix. Going to
probably shed tears if her run is over / repairs are too high.

A guy with who I work knock my Nox with his old toyota tercel's door. Two co-workers saw him and he never told me so my two friends told me about that.
The molding in the middle of the door needs to be repaired, if I replace it, the cost would be 435$ + paint, the repair will cost 100$ and for sure the guy don't want to pay for what he does.

Thats some BS! I would confront him with the two witnesses and demand his insurance information.

that's what I've done and he paid ... so I will loose my truck for 2 days of vacation to repair this, glad we had the camry lol

I have 2 brothers and a sister and am closest to the younger brother. I reached out to the brother that's just younger than I and bought him a movie ticket and dinner afterwards. He is a goofy bird, just so happened to have his Samsung S3 on his lap when we parked at the place to eat and when he got out of the car it fell to the ground just about shattering the screen.
He was worried about an insurance claim or having it fixed to cost $100+. I showed him a video on youtube and how easy it was to replace. I told him that I would order it and it would be in on Friday and said that I would fix it for him this week. Come to find out that over the weekend he checked on having it repaired for $130. When I got home on Sunday, I told him that it had come in and he thanked me for it.
I went over to my Dad's for dinner tonight and he told me that he claimed his phone on insurance. I am glad that my brother told me this... He had the chance too. I guess he is getting a repair kit for the GS3 for Christmas...

I was scheduled for a minor surgery today. Scheduled at 1PM .. at 4 then sent me back home since they had some emergency .. so I lost an afternoon at work for nothing

I put chinese winter tires under the NOX this year, they are amazing with the ice and snow ... 400$ tx in, best winter tire I had, better than my old Pirrelis ..
now lets see what will be next after another 500$ spent in a driveshaft

Left my job at BMW this week, got an offer from the Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealer. 8k more per year with a better team and boss. My boss from BMW make me a party for a last beer with the boys. He told us to go to the bar, order beer and food and he will join us and pay the bill... this s*ck*r never showed up and left us the bill! I think he is mad lol
